❌ Don'ts - Prohibited Behavior
⚠️ Zero Tolerance (Immediate Ban)
The following will result in immediate account termination and potential law enforcement referral:
- Child exploitation or abuse - Any content involving minors
- Nudity or sexual content - Including partial nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive behavior
- Sharing illegal content - Child exploitation material, extreme violence, etc.
- Human trafficking - Solicitation or exploitation of any kind
- Self-harm content - Promoting or glorifying self-harm or suicide
🚫 Harassment & Hate
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
- Bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior
- Stalking or repeatedly contacting someone who wants to stop
- Doxxing (sharing someone's personal information without consent)
- Sexist, racist, or bigoted remarks
🔞 Inappropriate Content
- Nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind
- Pornographic material or links to adult content
- Sexual solicitation or advances
- Inappropriate comments or sexual harassment
- Gore, violence, or disturbing content
🎭 Deceptive Behavior
- Impersonating others (celebrities, staff, other users)
- Using fake profiles or misleading information
- Catfishing or deceptive romantic advances
- Pretending to be someone you're not
💼 Commercial Activity
- Advertising or promoting products/services
- Spam or repetitive messages
- Recruiting for MLM or pyramid schemes
- Soliciting money or donations
- Sharing referral links or promotional codes
🤖 Platform Abuse
- Using bots, scripts, or automation tools
- Recording or screenshotting without consent
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
- Exploiting bugs for unfair advantage

Protect Your Privacy
- Don't share: Full name, address, phone number, email, school/workplace, exact location
- Be careful with: Social media profiles, photos showing identifiable info, financial information
- Use caution when: Someone asks for personal details early in the conversation
Recognize Red Flags
- 🚩 Someone immediately asks for personal information
- 🚩 Requests to move to another platform quickly
- 🚩 Asks for money or financial help
- 🚩 Makes you feel uncomfortable or pressured
- 🚩 Shows inappropriate content or behavior
- 🚩 Claims to be a minor (report immediately!)
- 🚩 Threatens or blackmails you
What To Do If...
- Immediately skip/end the chat
- Report the user using the report button
- Do not engage or argue with the person
- Block them if possible

- Contact local law enforcement immediately
- Report to NCMEC CyberTipline (for child exploitation)

⚖️ Enforcement & Consequences
How We Enforce Guidelines
When violations are reported or detected, we may take the following actions:
⚠️ Warning
For minor first-time violations. User receives a warning notice.
⏸️ Temporary Suspension
Account suspended for 7-30 days for repeated or moderate violations.
🚫 Permanent Ban
Account permanently banned for serious or repeated violations.
👮 Law Enforcement
Illegal activity reported to appropriate authorities with user data.
Note: We reserve the right to take immediate action without warning for severe violations. Decisions are at our sole discretion and may not be reversible.

- During Chat: Use the "Report" button to report the current user

- Support: support@omegleco.com for assistance
What to Include in a Report
- Time and date of the incident
- Description of what happened
- Any relevant screenshots (if safe to capture)
- Your account email (if reporting via email)
All reports are taken seriously and reviewed by our team. We keep reporter information confidential.
